Pride and Joy was started by a Tampa Bay native, Abrianne. Abrianne began her professional childcare career while receiving her degree at Howard University. As she progressed in the field, she noticed her clients were always stressed by a lack of knowledge or time. She saw a need. Out of that, Pride and Joy Parenting Concierge was birthed.

Abrianne is passionate about empowering parents through education. As a public school teacher, she is aware of the power of knowledge. Through Pride and Joy, she will educate her community about every aspect of parenthood, including communities that have been historically excluded.
